Industry News: Canadian Manufacturing Industry on the Rise
Great news for Chemical Manufacturing and other Manufacturing Industries in Canada! A record high of $5.5 billion in manufacturing sales were reported this November with the trend expected to continue in 2018!
According to statistics Canada, “Overall, 12 of 21 industries, representing 81% of the manufacturing sector, posted increases in November.” Increasing demand for petroleum and rises in price contribute in part to the demands for chemical products, while similar trends still continue across the sector.
